In addition, our chef prepares delicious desserts such as gluten-free apple strudel and traditional “grandmother’s cake”.
To ensure even greater attention towards you, we kindly ask you to inform us at the time of booking if you have any food intolerances or require gluten-free products, so that we can provide you with the widest possible selection for your daily comfort! The “Eating Out Project” was created by the Italian Coeliac Association to develop a network of establishments informed about coeliac disease and capable of offering services suitable for the dietary needs of coeliac guests.
Our hotel participates in this project by preparing dishes using products with ministerial notification, listed in the National Register of Gluten-Free Foods of the Ministry of Health and/or products included in the AIC Food Guide.
